You can revoke any permission at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit certain features but will not affect core functionality. We do not collect data in the background without your knowledge, and data collected through app permissions is used only for the feature that requires it and is never sold.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes in this policy or as required by law. We keep financial and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures, as mandated under Rule 8 of the IT Rules 2011, including encryption, secure servers, access controls, and secure storage. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe using commercially reasonable measures.

Data breach: If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required under the DPDP Rules, without undue delay.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your information may be stored, processed, or transferred to servers and service providers located outside India. Under the DPDP Act, transfers are permitted to any country the Central Government has not restricted, and we take reasonable steps to ensure your information stays protected wherever it is processed.

13. Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI)

Under the IT Rules 2011, the following are classified as Sensitive Personal Data or Information:

  • Passwords
  • Financial information such as bank account or payment card details
  • Physical, physiological, or mental health condition
  • Sexual orientation

  • Biometric information

We do not currently collect SPDI through our website or mobile application unless you explicitly provide it in a message or form. If a future service requires collecting SPDI, we will:
